Hi and a very warm welcome!

I’m Ella Florence, I am an Intuitive Transformational Life, Wellbeing & Spiritual Coach, Reiki Master Healer, Psychic Medium & Guide & Beauty Therapist.

My mission, passion and life purpose is to help people to awaken, learn, heal, grow, achieve, cope, feel balanced, happiness, joy, connectedness and flourish.

To help you connect to Yourself, Your Higher Self, Mother Earth, The Divine, Goddess Energy, Spirit, the Elements, Elementals, Read and Sense Energy, plus much more and learn how to perform Spells, Rituals, Divination and how to Manifest.

So if you have been experiencing feeling lost, overwhelm, sad, depressed, anxious, stressed, confidence and or self worth issues, unable to stick to or make goals and many other life, spiritual and/or work struggles. Or you just want to learn, you’ve come to the right place….take a breath, I’m here to help.

About me……hmmm well, where to begin…… as a little girl and young adult I had a gift for attuning and connecting with people, they were and still are naturally drawn to me and confide and open up with ease.

I’ve always had a deep, magical, almost mesmerising connection and fascination with Grandmother Moon, trees, flowers, the ocean and bodies of water as well as, such a connection to forests and Mother Earth, Crystals, Herbs and so much more, which has shaped my path.

My philosophy is, Come from a place of the highest good and love and light ‘and do no harm’

I began my career over twenty years ago as a beauty and massage therapist with a particular interest in specialist facials and aromatherapy.

I loved being able to relax my clients so much so, that they would float out as their stresses melted away and I enjoyed the way they would tell their stories and the relief they felt from being heard.

I had a natural intuitive ability to know the right things to say and when to just listen, sometimes we’d laugh and sometimes cry, I learnt how and when to give the right amount of support, guidance and advice (and better control of my emotions!)

My interest and quite honestly fascination, in the mind, human behaviour, energy and self development grew. So I began to educate myself in matters where I needed more knowledge, leading to a natural progression into talking therapy, wellness and life coaching and healing modalities such as Reiki…..And so it began.

I pride myself in providing a non-judgemental space, where clients feel safe to open up, be themselves, honest, free and feel understood.

I draw on the knowledge that I have gained from learning, working with clients, my intuition and my own experiences of abuse, self-confidence issues, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, business, empowerment and much more to provide a personal tailored approach to issues clients face.

I use a variety of techniques to help clients to make and achieve goals and changes in their mind, body and spirit, their personal lives, work and business, from small changes to large.

I have a very sunny, happy go lucky positive disposition, I am honest, good, kind and I wear my heart on my sleeve, I always see the good in people, which is infectious.

It is hard to stay too negative around me, you can try, but eventually you will begin to see and feel the world and yourself from a better place, a place of love and light.

The mind, body, soul connection energetically fascinates me, energy fascinates me, our own and that of the world around us both seen and unseen and how when you understand yourself, along with some principles, techniques, actions and beliefs, you can completely alter your life, I love it!

The Spirit world fascinates me and how we can connect with it and how we are able to connect with the energy of Mother Earth, the Moon, Trees, the Elements, Angels and much more, it’s truly beautiful.

I have one son and two fur babies who I absolutely adore, along with chocolate, trees, the ocean, family, friends, learning, my work, my clients, shoes (I had to put that in) laughing and many varied interests.
